Who are we?

Jo Angell

I graduated from Plymouth University as an OT in 2015. After graduating, I worked in varied adult community and in-patient settings and took time off to have my own children, before joining the Children’s Occupational Therapy team at the end of 2021.

Since graduating, I had always hoped to work with children, having spent several years prior to my degree working with children with additional needs, within another special school and in a holiday playscheme. It is therefore a great pleasure to be in this role and working with families and I am really excited to be joining the lovely team at Mill Water too!

I graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2007 and started working in the Children’s Community Occupational Therapy Team in 2008. In this time I have completed my Sensory Integration Level 1 training and had a wealth of experience, including working in other special schools.

I really enjoy working with children/young people and their families and I am really excited to be working at Mill Water.
